Our founder

Sophie Adams founded CV Quick following 10 years in the recruitment industry. Having specialised in HR Management and Marketing during her business degree, Sophie started her career in recruitment advertising consultancy, advising clients on candidate acquisition and employer branding strategies. She went on to manage executive level recruitment for a large multi-national recruitment brand before setting up and running her own specialist resourcing consultancy.

Following a move to Scotland, Sophie launched CV Quick to focus on her real passion - helping people to realise their career goals and ambitions.
