1. Contract terms

   1.1 By placing an order with CV Quick (hereafter referred to as we/us), you (the Client) agree to accept our Terms and Conditions of Business.
   1.2 No contract exists unless and until CV Quick accept your order.
   1.3 We reserve the right to refuse an order or withdraw our services at any time.
   1.4 All prices are subject to change at any time prior to our acceptance of an order.
   1.5 We shall not be liable to any party for refusal of an order, withdrawing services or price changes.
   1.6 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by UK laws. Your statutory rights are not affected.

2. Privacy

   2.1 Any information you provide to us will be treated with respect and confidentiality in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will neither sell your details to any other organisation, nor send you spam ourselves.

3. Payments & VAT

   3.1 Payment is required in full with all orders.
   3.2 If you are paying by credit/debit card, your card will be debited on acceptance of your order.
   3.3 All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we shall not be liable for any delays or non-delivery of service.
   3.4 All prices are inclusive of VAT for UK customers.

4. Turnaround Times

   4.1 The following clauses relate to our CV writing services. Turnaround times for interview services will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
   4.2 All orders are processed within 24 hours and during this time you will be contacted by email or telephone to confirm receipt of, and clarify your instructions.
   4.3 After all requested documentation, information and payment is received, your first draft CV will be delivered within 72 hours unless our quick turnaround service has been selected.
   
   4.4 Quick turnaround service
   4.4.1 If the quick turnaround service has been selected, we will prioritise your order and write your CV within 24 hours of receipt of all required information. On very rare occasions we may be unable to offer this service. If so, we will inform you immediately on receipt of your order and refund the sum paid for it.
   4.4.2 If for any reason it becomes impossible to meet the timescales referred to above, we shall inform you forthwith by email or telephone. We accept no liability for consequential losses allegedly arising from any failure to meet the timescales referred to above.
   4.4.3 Turnaround times apply to normal working days Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

5. Disclaimer

   5.1 Data and information provided by CV Quick is for informational purposes only, and is not intended for any other commercial or non-commercial purposes. We shall not be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. We shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of, or in any way connected with your use of our services.
